After your first month of our trial run we give you a set seasonal rate that will last for the whole year. We call this a locked in seasonal rate that doesn't change when outside factors do like weather, equipment failures, or any other factors of lost money for our company. Y'all always be in that set rate for the year!

Most companies charge you a card processing fee to process your debit or credit card for payment. We do not charge you the customer this fee but instead pay the fee for you on our company's behalf and write it off at the end of the year! We are one of the few companies that do this!

We discount other real estate services & send offer coupons during our slow season which is winter to only our lawn maintenance family members to help our company grow in the off season, to offer our thanks to our loyal customers, and to help increase your properties value for less in the off season! Services that are discounted normally are Landscaping, Epoxy Floors, Patio & Driveway Staining, Sanding & Sealing Pavers, and Pressure washing!

We offer emailed updates to all lawn maintenance customers that will be sent out due to any delays like weather, equipment failure, accidents, or any other delays like holiday closures. We also have a Customer Service Department that can manually be texted for updates and other service issues on your property that may occur.

In the Winter off season we go from "Summer Cuts" to "Winter Cuts". This means in Summer we are in weekly service and in winter we are in bi-weekly service. To help add value to our lawn maintenance members in the off season we will do chainsaw work for free. We will cut palm trees, any other types of trees, and other types of hedges for free that we can reach 6 ft and below with a pole saw and a ladder that meet OSHA Requirements. 

We offer to all lawn maintenance members access to our referral program for free! This program allows us to give our lawn maintenance members a custom Reference Number and each lead generated from the customer and must be closed by our staff we will send a $25.00 check in the mail to the customers address on file!
